He has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of two computer industry firms, Vice President of Markets and Innovation for the Advanced Communications Services group of a large communications company, General Manager of the Computer Systems and Computer Equipment Product Customer Center business units for a multinational electronics firm, and Chief Financial Officer of another firm. His experience spans Europe and the Far East as well as the United States.

Strategic Focus, Inc. is a consulting and executive outsourcing services firm focused on communications, computer, software, and systems integration clients, which Frank Spitznogle continues to operate today. Strategic Focus, Inc. provides business plan, business case, strategic plan, and alliance support, as well as new product planning, new company spinout, interim executive management, and business process reengineering services.

Dr. Frank Spitznogle personally manages all client assignments at the client site. He brings in additional senior industry experts if necessary, largely selected from a group that has worked with him in various roles for many years. Collectively this team has over 200 years of senior experience in the industries supported by Strategic Focus, Inc. Unlike many consulting firms, inexperienced junior associates are not utilized by Strategic Focus to execute client assignments.
